I work in healthcare and needed something quick.... i.e. a halo braid. I was turned away because I wasn’t spending over fifty dollars. 🤔 I didn’t like the customer service at all I would rather go to someone’s house..

wow this is hard two believe I e been going two them over 18years and I've never ever heard of anyone being turned away. They have the best customer service experience ever. I love going to them. you may want to give them another chance

They do a good job I've not seen anyone turned away but things can happen. Ive not had a bad experience. I will be going in a few days. Hope this helps. Everybody is different But I hope you find someone that gives you what you want along with Great Customer Service!
