When was the last time anyone stayed at this hotel? I drove from Orlando today and when I got there I found that to get in you have to go via a truck maintenance lot. The place look dilapidated including what looks to had been a dock area, today no!!

I was there 3 months ago, they were doing work on the dock and restaurant, the room I stayed in was clean, comfortable and quiet not to mention Affordable

I stayed there just over a week ago and it is nothing like you are describing. I parked right next to the front door. The docks looked new. We had dinner at the restaurant. The room was nice. It is a great place to launch a boat. The hotel does have a separate entrance than the boat ramp, is that where I am not following you?

I stayed there because of the last hurricane and it was fantastic. I had no power for 9 days and they had power, ac, water, cable, a pool and breakfast. The staff was super polite and accommodating.

Marina had damages from Hurricane Matthew and delayed repairs due to Hurricane Irma ( that hurricane torn most area docks apart). Marina was to have all new floating docks, paved parking lot and such. Hotel was sold and new owner. New owner working on re-do and update of entire main hotel and free standing two story building. Manager is very quick to make guest welcome and fix problems. Sadly, Palatka/Putnam County took a hard hit from the hurricanes and economy. Crystal Cove Owner and staff always great and willing to make you comfortable. I was there a few months ago. Hotel and Marina had different owners back then.
