I have been feeding a young stray female cat who has had kittens twice already.I would like to catch her and have her spayed so that is no longer able to have kittens.Is there someplace I can get a certificate towards the payment of the procedure.

Get a TNR training. You will get a significant discount (I think it's about $100 for the shots and a procedure). Contact Neighborhood Cats or other rescue organizations whose members TNR through ASPCA and it costs only $5.
