Is the vegan ice crream made with SOY? our fav. Often coconut oil, cream, or milk is used and the high saturated fat IS indeed bad. If only people would use unrefined coconut butter with the fiber still attached would we eat that with joy!

No, it's made with coconut milk. The brand is "Coconut Bliss", iirc.
