So I went to footlocker today a sale associate has been very rude with me when I asked her about my champion slides and how it look she shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t care about how a customer feel I felt. Very disrespected

That's simply shows your sales associate was there to collect a check and doesn't care about customer service

Would you rather her speak her mind and say something disrespectful or keep it to herself?

Talk to management.

I've had good experiences at the stores in the mall, particularly at Foot Locker as well when I picked up something for my son. Hopefully this was a one off situation with a bad employee. Sorry you encountered that though.
