They have raised prices consistantly over the last 3years. Including a $25+ price hike every CHRISTMAS! shop around unless u want RAT SH*T ALL OVER YOUR PROPERTY! INSIDE OR OUT! SAME SIZES ARE HALF COST ALL OVER TOWN AT THIS POINT!
Price varies on the units because they have inside with a/c and the outside with no a/c
