No masks required for indoor/outdoor for both staff/guests not following general cdc guidance. It looks like they try keep staff a step back from patrons, but no one is wearing masks so if your party is concerned just wait until covid numbers are low.
Best bet is to eat on the deck outback, at least it's not enclosed if you or somebody in your party is concerned.
