For me ? New years eve is always more about the people you choose to share it with rather then location ! But you can not find a nicer location with friendly professional staff then The Citrus Grill. Love it there :0)
I don't know. Its on the beach and a popular place so it could very well be a good time. Sorry I don't know more.
