I guess I'm asking a question so here it is, can't believ we how high they rated themselves. I called to ask a few questions, to my surprise I never heard from them even texted. I guess question why didn't return my call to answer my question?

Yes, try again or if you are on Facebook they answer very quickly through Messenger.

I would try calling again. The phone that is on the website does not have texting. They do get extremely busy and cant always get around to calling back.
