More than one artist in the house and each artist in a matter of the salon charges per hour a different rate so once you go in and you figure out what you want you pay $100 deposit towards your tattoo you agree on a design and they will give you an estimate as to how long it may take then would be the polite time to ask them how much they charge per hour just etiquette to let you know
It's one flat rate for a small tattoo or they go by the hour...well worth it...
