Toasted coconut is awesome, haven't tried it with pineapple as I enjoy drinking it straight over rocks :)

Coconut!

Siesta Key coconut rum is already mixed..... This rum is made with real coconut, not an extract. None of these rums require a mixer! Siesta Key rums are highlr refined and far smoother and less fumey than other brands. I keep it in the freezer and pour 1 inch at a time straight ,no ice. This rum is also potent so be mindful.

Love the coconut rum, but the silver is also good for mixing.

Or just drink it straight.

The coconut will add flavor and it is awesome, the silver won't bring flavor making the pineapple juice so dangerous. Both are good!
