If you have a removable battery you can buy one online through Amazon or eBay if it is an s6 or higher try 10000 cell phones they may be able to replace it.
There is not an 'in-house' repair for Samsung. If you have the Geek Squad protection plan then any repair/battery replacement is handled by them. If not you need to contact your carrier or phone manufacturer. Note-any Galaxy phones S6 or higher which has a battery issue the phone has to be replaced. They don't do an actual battery replacement.
