Does this location ever respond to vendor information requests? I have sent multiple requests for info and have been completely ignored.

I would say go see them or try to call but don't send any emails. Because for some reason that seem like that's a dead end. But see if you can get ahold to someone in person or a live voice. Google them online and see what are they office hours. And just take it from there but make sure you go into the office and talk to someone happy problem solving
