Ok, not a fan of the oxtail, but you can always ask the management team. This may be something other people could be interested in purchasing. If they see a demand for it, they'll have it more often.
Honestly, places like WF, I would never associate with having oxtail. I usually go to my local, cultured butcher for those parts: bones, oxtail, gizzard, tripe, etc. Try speaking to management, and see if they'll make an arrangement with you. Naturally, if there is a demand for it, they may try to add it to their inventory.
