This Whole Foods is possibly the worst one in the city. This was the second day I’ve gone in and there were several empty trays on the salad bar...they didn’t even have TOMATOES on the salad bar today.

Don't like this location.

Sharan Shetty | Sep 23, 2018

That kinda sucks. I wouldn't call it the worst one though. Welcome addition to the neighborhood

No, out of 86th, Columbus, Bryant Park, downtown locations-it is the worst. Their fruit spoils within 48 hours (which leads me to believe they put out fruit way too late or too long) I've seen employess taking food from the hot bar and putting it into their home plastic containers, when the lines were extremely long, the coffee bar people used to turn people away from checking out two or three items unless they purchased a drink, the smoothie appliances didn't work for a complete month during the summer. Limited, baked goods, the hot food doesn't have the same quality as other locations-it doesn't taste good. Up until last week the colors at the checkout lines were depicted with duct tape. And that's just a handful of issues the 125th location has. I've called and wiritten a complaint in the past. I'm certain many other customers have as well. Whoever is running it or was doesn't have an understanding of the Whole Foods standard.

You can complain with management.

Yaneth Palomo | Sep 22, 2021

Hahahaha. People are always complaining about everything, (even for tomatoes)go there, apply as a employee and you will how hard is to handle with picky and unreasonable people.

This is starting to be the worst location, when I travel to 59 or if I am visiting my family in west orange the food on the bar is amazing, but ohh no not this location!

i've seen that supearkets imm areas that are working class, i.e., not wealthy, selection is lousy stores are dirty, standards are lower, employees are sloppy -- and with all that -- the PRICES are often higher than in the good stores!!!!! Seriously!!!!!!!

No tomato ☹️

This Whole Foods do have a problem with keeping certain items on the shelf. You can always ask the manager for a certain item, and it would be available the next day.
