We come in there with 5 skids to unload we have lift gate so they refused to unload us we went to the next place they had 9 and they unloaded them by hand they were so nice but at save a lot the guys were so so rude refused to help

Safety procedure by company SOP gives them the choice to do or not do, if you have a lift gate call a head to get permission for them to unload. That way you are dealing with management not just employees.
