They do not take reservations, but if you go during non-peak hours, there's plenty of seating available. They are also fairly quick.

Small Thin over done patties, food over all is typical of fast food anywhere else. Staff rude. Noisiest place. Typical tourist joint nothing special about it. Oh, and they dont take credit cards, cash only.

No they don't, but it is worth the wait.
Im just a fan of the restaurant, not staff, but knowing the laid back environment and the crowds in summer I'd say "No." They do handle customer flow well and if you want to "eat local" Hamburger Joe's is worth the wait.
