Good question I think it's forty eight hours /yes I think it's same time
I know their customer service closes at 9:00 p.m. Certain walmarts carry the money center and I do not know their hours for the money center I do believe is the same hours as customer service

I don't know if thetes a time limit but i couldn't get there to pick it up for two days and there was no issues
