Why don't you answer your phone ,Very frustrating for a customer to call check if you have a item in stock and nobody answers

Aot of walmarts are in desperate need of employment. They are very low on staff.they try and help as much as possible but 1 person can only do so much

In today's connected world, calling into a store to check if something is in stock Is really obsolete. The Walmart app can give you a close estimate of the number of items in stock, including other stores close by. Also, they have a customer service chat if you need to be specific.

The website will tell you if they have an item in stocks. Avoid calling to check stock at Walmart. Most of the time that is something they don't have the availability to do or don't want to do it.

If they would pay more they might get more help

Its a fishhook tactic to get customers to come in the store

This Walmart unfortunately is desperate to hire more people. There's probably about 4 to 5 people working at a time. They are not usually at the service desk. It's not those people's fault there isn't enough employees to do the job.

My suggestion would be to call the corporate office. Hopefully if they get enough complaints about it, then maybe, just maybe, they might get on them about answering their phones.
