Do they service equipment? When my drier was in warranty they came in, but now it's out of warranty, I try to call to see if they can give an estimate and they just hung up on me twice.

I'm really surprised that you got such poor service from them. I've always found them to be quite helpful and responsive. Have you tried the Yellow pages for companies that are qualified to service the make of your unit?
