I have an ex employee of lowes as a neighbor he is claiming workmans comp. He comes outside at 2 or 3 am and does very phisical labor in is yard and to his house until daylight. I believe he is cheating the company saying he is hrut when he isnt.

Take a Video of him working Then call Lowe's and find where to send it

There is a number online to report workers comp fraud and I believe there is even a reward if the person is caught. Just be 100% sure he is on workers comp before you go and make that claim because he is still your neighbor and you may have to deal with him for a long time!
