Nope, if you have a medical card which is easy to get these days and extremely cheap per year to renew it. All dispensaries you go to you pay zero taxes and only pay the amount the dispensary is selling for. For example at Triple M, I pay $55 per 1/8th and that applies to all strains. Also if you work for Amazon, you get 10% off everything everytime you visit
No they never tax Medical
Medical patients with a card do not get taxed in Massachusetts.
