I agree with christa - I was told prior that the cost of deep cleaning was half the amount vs what I am charged now
Christa we are sorry that there was a misunderstanding and we would welcome your call to us so that we can clear up any misunderstandings Unfortunately dental insurance, like any insurance is quite complicated with deductibles and things that have exclusions that are not obvious. While we always try our best to get the greatest possible benefit from insurance companies, at the end of the day they have the final say.
