Karla has no personality.We had the worst service.Did not take $7:00 drink order right.The chicken was not done,fries cold. Service needs a lot of improvement.We will not go back. Applebee's in Albemarle, zero rating.

If you go on Google it tells you the slow times and busy times...thats your best bet.

It depends on the time of day. Early they are not as busy. In the evening it can be difficult to get through. Hopefully that want happen again. Plus they do have curbside pickup that can be nice when you dont want to go in.
