We are planning to attend the 10/15 performance of Madame Butterfly what is the policy if you are unable to attend or what amount of notice is required if you are unable to attend.

IWe are subscribers so don't know if the same rules apply for single ticket holder. We were able to exchange tickets if calling at least two days in advance. You can donate your tickets by calling anytime before the start of perfomance. We would often find it easier to simply offer our tickets to friends if unable to come ourselves.
