Go to DMV website, offices and navigate from there. It's not very user friendly, take your time and it'll get you there
The make a reservation button is now at the bottom of the page when you prompt through the nain page
You can do it online. Just did mine 2 weeks ago. It's a bit confusing to find it, but it's on their page
