Normally no, but I would make one around the holidays.
It does not take a lot of time without a reservation, but if one's on a tight schedule then I'd advise doing a reservation, then you can just arrive at the hour to check in at reception and your taken promptly inside its a warm nice waiting area the time we were there we inky waited max (during the holidays) half an hour.
It's normally not long of a wait if any except for holidays and sometimes Friday or Saturday night.
No you don't need a reservation it's pretty fast everybody there was friendly
They do call Ahead seating.

The above advise is perfect - You can do the call ahead seating which could be considered a reservation. We did it with a party of Seven and only waited minutes to be seated.
