Why say your are open if you are not? I’m tired of being shooed away by people who should be working

It's bc they don't know how to run the place.

Yeah I called customer service and she even agreed the workers were lazy and they should be open. They literally told me to leave and then I called them and they told me they were open, so I drove back around just for them to angrily shoo me away again and then not answer the phone after that.
