There are some local movers that are very reasonable. There's an outfit down in Summerfield called American Muscle if I remember correctly. A woman owns the company. My wife was very satisfied. Neighborhood Storage only provides a truck, no labor.
If you get a large enough unit, you get use of a moving truck for free, but you do have to move everything yourself.
