I would say the parking garage is pretty close

The parking garage is right across the street and there is a walkway bridge too.

Any psrking meter allows free parking with a handicap tag or placard displayed as well as free beach access.

Sometimes you may be lucky to get a spot behind the Hilton. Gotta drive through there little tunnel to get there. It'll put you on the boardwalk itself. A few parking spots 1 I know is a handicapped spot. Good luck!
