They always have them, but any new arrivals get some time to adjust to people and handling. This doesn't only apply to rabbits, but all new live animals.
Been there twice this week and they had lots of rabbits. I didn't notice any signs saying they were not for sale.
I was there last night and they had some for sale. When they get new animals in, they give them an adjustment/observation period before they will sell them to the public. Calling ahead is the best way to know for sure what they have available.
They almost always have some in stock but you should call first to confirm- sometimes they are there but not yet for sale
