Lots of rumour's but nothing in stone at this point. I suggest calling the county planning dept to see if there is anything in the approval or permitting stage. As a rule i usually just wait for the grand openings. We seen many commerical projects just evaporare due to which way the economic winds are blowing. In pretty sure Wawa will have a store across from hobbie lobby on the trail. Be about two years sadly. They are the best thing to hit town in a long time
