My daughter took swim classes there at that age, so yes they offer them. However the classes were not very good, and the pool is too cold for a small child. They also had to reschedule two of the five classes because the instructor didn't show up
No, but the JCC over on 16th and P st NW has infant classes. We yook our son when he was about 15 months old. He still goes there at 7.5 for one on one seim lessons.
