I want to know why ive been sitting in your drive thru for 30 minutes and still no food ? If your computers are down you should have closed until they were fixed or told me when i ordered .

First of all, why would anyone sit in a drive-thru for 30 minutes? Secondly, I think you could have walked inside to inquire about your order.

First of all we couldnt get out of the drive thru because of cars in front and in back of us . If you manage a business really should be more professional and tell people when they order that there are problems . When we finally got to the window thr kid said nothing was done when they opened and the computers were down . We asked if we could just pay inside and he told us no even though those registers were working.
