Make sure you check to see the temperature that it is set at when you look at the apt. Ours did not cool down the apartment unless it was set low and our bill was always high. Plus it was always worse in the bedrooms. We complained so they putna cieling fan in the rooms but it was still hot in the summer months. I think the ducts needed to be cleaned but they never did it. Hopefully the new management team has fixed the problem.

Central air in MOST floor plans but in the 530 sq.ft "1 bedroom" (efficiency) it's a wall unit.
Some of the smaller ones still have wall units. I think they're all studios though.
