Why don't u guys ever answer the phone

I wish that was the case but thank u for ur answer. I dis eventually drop in becauae they weren't answering the phone. When I got there to my surprise I was the only customer they had and u could hear the phone just ringing off the hook and them standing art÷

I've been there on saturdays that place is PACKED and I often hear the phone going off constantly. They always seem short staffed too but it makes sense since its late and most likely one or two peeps called off. I wouldn't be too hard on them, even the manager is working every station. I would just drop in, they probably refuse to take call ins sunce they have a long line outside that are about to place orders. The app however saves so much time, I recommend it.
