The owner is from France, raised in Paris so yes I would say this is 100% authentic. The American culture has adopted some of these recipes but they are all French. All delicious go with what you like most from quiches to sandwiches. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!!

There are French pastries as well as coffee that I would say is something you would find in Europe more. There are savory dishes but I would not call all of them French, maybe a mix or more American. The atmosphere resembles a French Cafe. I like that place a lot. Their pastries are great and the one sandwich I had was great as well.
