Hi S.K. We keep clear records of any customer issues. For 2018 we had 0.15% of vehicles serviced that had problems. These vehicles are typically older vehicles, vehicles that people have just purchased etc. We service so many vehicles and in the odd situation something goes wrong the angrier (understandably) people complain however, the vast majority of happy customers don't come online to leave positive reviews. There is no problem, we're constantly evolving and improving as any good business does. In short reviews are not truly representative of how things are. Hope that helps.
The workers are great, but the price of that service is very high.
