Hi Vicki. I apologize for not seeing your question sooner. We do not allow clients to stay during the grooming process. Many times pets are actually at an increased risk of injury as they try to see and attempt to get to you. We take special precautions with all of our senior clientele. In the event that your pet is too infirm to be groomed safely you will be notified and grooming services will be stopped. I hope this helps to answer your question!
We have taken our dogs to them for Years. The ladies here have been the greatest. Just call and tell them your concerns. We have an elderly Corgi and Jess who is his groomer is working with us about his anxiety during grooming.
I am sorry I do not know ,i,suggest calling them and they do everything in their power to make the dog happy .a,very satisfied customer
