We also have problems, but they give us credits, points and an apology.
From what I heard it's a new chain so I do understand that there will be problems at first but... You'd think they'd at least have a plan for this type of thing.
We had problems with service and escape room buy after talking to the manager he apologized and gave the kids credits on their play cards. I found the management very responsive to my complaints in person.
Not sure, I left a review about it on their Facebook and there was no acknowledging of the problem or how they intend to fix it.
