We bring our 5 year old daughter often; there's kid games, a chalkboard wall, and sodas. During the hours one would expect kids to be in there (say, before 8) yes, it's kid friendly.
Absolutely. Great atmosphere for all and games to play well.
I would say yes, but i only went there early afternoon, so i can't speak for the evening.
