They we're able to regenerate my receipt once with my card number. So if it's paid with card it shouldn't be a problem
Loraine you have an option to get receipts directly to your email. So you wont lose it. Im sure you are able to return that item as maybe exchange.
If the item has a Best Buy price label andnot too much time has passed..probably. Don't know for sure. Try.
You'd need some sort of proof of purchase.
