Can you have wedding on south beach. Just the ceremony?

I don't see why not. I saw a wedding at Jaycee. It is a public beach. Happy wedding!

You probably can use South Beach for a wedding, but keep in mind that it's public land. You will be unable to control who decides to watch. For clarification I suggest calling the county attorney in Indian River County and/or the city attorney for Vero Beach.
