I want to meet my grandchildren and great grandchildren but have neobeen there. We are coming from the south and north to meet. Is there a place covered for elders to be out of sun and is there a place for children to play?

Just been there once, and didn't notice any.

There are several covered pavilions on the beach side of State road A1A, adjacent to decent parking, as well as a children's play area, and a decent handicapped acessable bathroom. Also, barbeque grills are available, but bring your own charcoal and supplies for sure!

Not on the beach, but there are covered pavilions in the parking lot.

There's no shade on the beach itself, but restrooms and a little park is nearby.
