Have you contacted the owner/operator?
I would reach out to them with at least 90 days in advance to make sure you can get all the necessary information.
One month is not enough time to plan and prepare for an event
The place is clean and certainly large enough. I'm sure if you contact the management, you could work out a schedule
Deanna, Lorena provided good advice but I might also suggest contacting the city also as you might be required to obtain a permit beforehand. You could also look on google earth and scope out the area beforehand for areas nearby to set up your show if your not able to scope it out in person. Hope this helps and good luck.
