The rate depends on how many rooms. This place is nice , cozy, quiet, and all the residents are very friendly. In addition, they have wifi, areas to fish, pool, and lots of area. I would recommend it to good folks who needs good living
The rate depends on the size they have studio up to three beds. Deposit is 200 and if u have pets 200 again and under 15/20 pounds. First come first serve basis. I only got mine from pure luck. I am in the bigger ones in the front and i called the day they moved out. No one moves out of the bigger ones always the one beds are available
