It all depends on how cool your PO is. I actually violated by going to jail for a crack pipe and they gave me 6 days time served for the misdemeanor and let me back out but I have a curfew now and random drug screens.
If he/she is strict he/she can violate you and send you to jail Depends on your relationship with the officer too
