What does the 10 year warranty cover

I purchased it when I purchased the hot tub. It has a 20-year / 10 year warranty on parts and labor. If you choose to purchase from them they can show it to you before you buy. I just had some Jets replaced in mine after five years and they were replaced for free. They had gone bad because I had done the chemicals incorrectly. Now that I know how to do the chemicals right they should last me at least twice as long

The fiber glass/acrylic shell that sits in the wooden cabinet is covered by the warranty from damage like cracks and/or warping that may occur from normal use within those 10yrs
