I think my heater may have gone out on my swim spa. Is there anything to check or test before I order a new one? I've changed filters and it still doesn't seem to work. I can hear it shut off when I drop the thermostat below the water temp. Thanks

If the pumps are working it probably is the heating element. If you have some mechanical ability you can do it. Call and talk to them.
