We would have to look at it diagnose what the problem might be as it could be more than one thing. Please call and schedule an appointment with the service department.
I have a 2019 with keyless ignition. You may have an issue with a solenoid activated by a switch in the shifter. I would take to the dealer to have it diagnosed and repaired; hopefully still covered under 3 year warranty.
